Textile, mixed media
Nina Robinson works with fabric, thread, beads, sequins, paper, metal rings and tassels to explore the dynamics of conversation and social power. Her textile work asks who is granted space to be known, and who does the knowing — mapping the invisible architecture of curiosity and silence onto richly made surfaces. Over time, the imbalance becomes learned behaviour: silence not imposed, but practised.
